At Domaine Moulin Neuf in Rochefort-en-Terre, we believe that it is essential to reconcile leisure, work and respect for the environment. Our cottages are built on a human scale with this eco-responsible logic in mind: High Environmental Quality (HEQ) wood, water and energy saving systems within the cottages, compulsory waste sorting, respect for the environmental rules mentioned inside the cottages. On-site lighting is low energy.

The SPA and swimming pool are heated by solar panels and heat pumps. We use a maximum of local products in the preparation of the dishes in the restaurant.

We favour a human-sized concept. Your contact person remains the same, from the creation of your quote to your arrival on site and the same team will take care of you on site.

To make the most of your seminar stay, a dedicated team will be present before, during and after the organisation of your event.

Our Nature Seminar accommodation

Divided into 50 cottages from 30 m² to 50 m², discover our ecological chalet-style group accommodation for 4 to 6 people. You will enjoy spacious and modern flats, specially designed to accommodate large groups who wish to stay for a weekend or a long seminar in Morbihan.

Each flat will appeal to your staff with its contemporary interior design and modern facilities, on the edge of the Moulin Neuf lake. All our rooms are tastefully decorated and have a large balcony or private terrace. They are equipped with flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet access and a desk. There is a cosy living room and kitchen area and a modern bathroom (hair dryer and bathtub) and separate toilet.

They will also meet your colleagues looking for a place in the middle of nature, close to the beaches of Morbihan, and thus organize a change of scenery, far from the daily stress.

Restaurant Le Comptoir des Lanvaux

It is not always easy to travel with a group, to find accommodation or a restaurant that will accommodate everyone. To make sure you enjoy your stay together, introduce your guests and groups to the local gastronomy through the restaurant’s fine cuisine.

Offering a green and relaxing setting, the Domaine Moulin Neuf and its new restaurant, the Comptoir des Lanveaux, is open all year round, with meals à la carte or half board. The Comptoir des Lanvaux organises group meals, banquets, family celebrations and birthdays in a pleasant and relaxing setting. For your company seminars, the chef prepares menus from the “great classics” to more gourmet menus, offering specialities with a touch of originality and freshness on the plate.

Working with local and seasonal products, the menu offers a cuisine with traditional but surprising flavours that will make your business meals a success during your stay. On sunny days, as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, take advantage of the restaurant’s terrace in the countryside.
