The Domaine du Moulin Neuf
The Domaine du Moulin Neuf residence offers 50 spacious and comfortable cottages (50 m²), which can accommodate up to 6 people, in the heart of Morbihan. Their layout has been designed to provide you with all the comfort and equipment necessary for a successful stay.
You will also find a large furnished terrace to share unforgettable moments.
For your comfort and to guarantee you the best quality/price ratio, we have adapted the prices of our rentals in Rochefort en Terre according to the occupation of the cottages.
Two of our cottages are also adapted and equipped to welcome people with reduced mobility (PRM). They can accommodate 4 people, with a terrace equipped with a wheelchair access ramp.
Each cottage has a private area around the accommodation. A communal car park is available at the entrance to the site, and the residence is pedestrianised.
In the vicinity of the residence, you can enjoy a variety of activities: Fishing, cycling, beach, water activities on the Moulin Neuf pond, hiking, horse riding… In season, you can also take advantage of our heated swimming pool, our petanque court, tennis courts, playground etc.
Numerous hiking, horse riding and mountain biking trails are available within a stone’s throw of the residence. Discover the rich historical, cultural and architectural heritage of the region by visiting the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, the Broceliande Forest and the Islands of Morbihan.
The Domaine du Moulin Neuf has an electric recharging point (2 places) allowing the recharging of electric cars with type 2 and type E plugs.
